A significant part of my coaching focuses on executive communication - strategic messaging skills; inspirational vision statements; motivational leadership messages. With the prestigious title Global Speaker Fellow, awarded to less than 50 top motivational speakers in the world, I am recognised as one of the world’s leading public speaking coaches. I help senior leaders develop clarity, presence, and influence in high-stakes moments – whether that’s to prepare for a keynote, a town hall, a board presentation, or even media engagement. My approach is discreet, pragmatic, and effective.
One recent example: I coached a group of senior leaders of from non-Anglo-Saxon markets in a global company. They were ready for international executives roles, but struggled to communicate in a way that positioned them as global leaders.
